First post of 2012.

This paragraph made it's way onto the screen through my fingertips as I wrote on a collective blog I have with three friends.
I thought I'd share it here.

grateful that hard situations are an invitation from jesus. an invitation into wholeness, clarity, sight, and unending grace. i am so grateful for jesus and his sacrifice so that he could continue to make all things new. in the midst of engaging with my father, family and new community, it is helpful to see this season as an invitation into something amazingly good. something that jesus promises is for my benefit. yes, it will hurt, but it is an invitation into his love, grace and mercy. and not just for me.
grateful for year 24 of the journey. bring it, 2012.
