"You've unlocked some passion and energy in this revitalization thing."
My housemate and friend, Carrie, is incredibly wise. And because she's a good friend, she pays attention to my life and speaks into it. Yesterday, she gifted me with the words above. Local revitalization efforts spark a certain something in me. Seminars and forums urge me to ask questions about urban planning models, revitalization proposals regarding the Fulton Mall, and wanting to advocate and partner with local businesses and property owners. I didn't realize how apparent my passion and joy regarding this is.
So, let's jump in! There are so many options and possibilities, I can't wait to get my hands dirty in order to support Downtown.
